It all starts with the vision of your new dream home. I take your plan and internet pictures and convert them into real life living space. I handle every aspect of your new home build from permitting to completion. You pick the style and colors while I put it all together. You can be living your dream in less than a year, but we need to get started today. 

Warranty for a year.

Roofing

Almost nothing deteriorates your home's appeal as fast as water damage. If you're putting off replacing your worn out leaky roof, let me help you. I will make the process as fast and painless as possible. I can typically tear your old roof off and replace it in just one day. Whether you have storm damage with an insurance claim or you just want a new roof before the leaking stats, let me help you. I can usually beat other roofing companies' quotes by as much as 20%. Framing

If you need a new driveway or patio I can make that happen for you. We will come in and lay out your design and get to work. Whether you need your old driveway torn out or just a new one added, I can help you make that happen.

  • I have a couple plans available for you to use or to start as a foundation for your custom build. I want to build something truly custom to you! Feel free to also bring your own plan and let’s get to work.

  • Yes, most plans can be modified in the field to accommodate the customer's vision.

  • Usually 6-8 months once the project is permitted.

  • This is the most difficult question I hear. It all depends on finishes, and I build all of my customer homes at actual cost plus a builder fee.

  • My service area is Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Gordon, Paulding, Murray, Whitfield, Pickens, and Gilmer Counties.
